Drew has over seven (7) years experience in managing, negotiating, and administering construction contracts, change control processes, risk mitigation, commercial management, project management, real estate funding acquisition, procurement, and technical engineering.
In addition to his university qualifications, Drew has also acquired international construction experience in a variety of practical, supervisory, and commercial construction roles.
Drew’s experience to date has also afforded him with an in-depth insight into both large-scale commercial building and infrastructure construction works under various forms of contract and methods of measurement.
Drew’s contract administration and project management capabilities are supported by his experience working with both contractor and employers throughout the civil and building sectors.
This on-site and supervisory experience in civil and building works has provided Drew with extensive practical experience to combine with his professional and managerial experience in the construction industry.
Additionally, Drew is currently in the process of obtaining his chartership status with the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB), which he anticipates completing within the coming months.
