Drew brings over eight (8) years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in preparing and evaluating claims for extensions of time, prolongation, disruption and variations. His experience also extends to the administration of construction contracts, including the management and negotiation of contracts, oversight of change control processes, risk mitigation, and leadership in commercial and project management. Drew also has experience in real estate funding acquisition, procurement, and technical engineering.

In addition to his academic qualifications Civil Engineering, and him pursuing chartership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Drew has gained construction experience throughout the UK, Europe, US and the Middle East, undertaking a variety of engineering, project management, and commercial construction roles. Drew has also assisted a party appointed Expert Witness (Quantum) on a large dispute in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Drew’s experience has provided him with in-depth insight into large-scale commercial building and infrastructure construction projects, working under various forms of contract and methods of measurement. His capabilities in contract administration and project management are further strengthened by his experience working with both contractors and employers across the civil engineering and building sectors.
