Mike Barratt

Mike Barratt is a Director at Rathmore Consulting and holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying and a Master of Laws Degree in Construction. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and an Evaluative Mediator accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

With over 19 years’ experience in the industry, working on a wide variety of construction and oil & gas projects in the UK and the Middle East, Mike has extensive experience of assisting quantum experts in arbitral proceedings, preparing and defending extension of time claims, prolongation claims, disruption claims, loss/expense claims and variations, along with advising clients on contractual matters.
