Nagarajan TM is a senior consultant specializing in planning/delay and project controls. He holds a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an M-Tech in Industrial Engineering. He graduated as Cum Laude and has worked in the Middle East in the construction industry for internationally renowned contractors for almost twenty (20) years.
Nagarajan also holds a certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP), and he maintains professional memberships with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) in the UK, and the Indian Society of Engineers (ISME).
He has extensive experience in construction, planning, project management, project controls, and preparing EOT and disruption claims from a delay perspective. He is proficient in change management and valuing variations, and costs arising from prolongation, disruption, and other breaches of contract.
Nagarajan has gained over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the construction industry to date. Eighteen (18) of those years have been spent in the Middle East region, where he has been engaged on a wide variety of construction and Civil/MEP construction projects, working as Planning Manager, Regional Planning Manager, and Project Controls Manager for major contractors.
Nagarajan has executed project management procedures from contract award, through to commissioning and handing over stage of the project, including designing, estimating, tendering, procurement and cost control of the project scope (specializing in MEP) to meet the scheduled time and budget for medium & large-scale projects such as Airport expansions, a Royal Opera House, mixed-use developments, commercial, residential and hotel projects.
