Neil Kennedy is a Senior Consultant at Rathmore Consulting with over 11 years’ experience in the construction industry. He holds a MSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and has gained experience throughout the UK and Ireland, including over 7 years working in the Middle East region.
Neil’s experience of working on both the Employer and Contractor side has given him extensive knowledge which is readily passed onto his clients. He has a detailed understanding of administering construction contracts and well as the preparation of various heads of claim such as extension of time, prolongation, acceleration, disruption, and finance.
Neil has also served as quantum support for an Expert Witness report on a high-profile commercial development in Qatar. This role involved the preparation of supporting documents for the testifying Expert, dealing with new evidence in a quick and concise manner, and he also has detailed understanding of various dispute resolution practices and procedures.
